…Where it all started…


It all started as a dream when I was a chef on a yacht.

With an idea to make Madeleine dough and sell it everywhere so people could bake it themselves.

Now, 4 years later, we even have a shop there where you can buy freshly baked Madeleines, with a large production area. 

The idea has become reality and the dough is going to quite a few countries. 

We deliver to hotels, restaurants, yachts, and villas

My goal is to let people enjoy.
